Are animals harmed to make your products?
No, we do not harm animals in the collecting of antler to make our products. All of our antler products are made from antlers that are shed naturally by wild animals, never farmed. Each spring animals with antlers will drop or "shed" them and grow a new set throughout the spring and summer in preparation for the fall breeding season.
What are the benefits of Elk Antler?

Whole antler chews are generally better suited to dogs with an aggressive chewing nature. Split antlers are generally suited to dogs with a mild chewing nature. Please refer to our sizing chart to ensure the best fit for your dog.Is antler safe for my dog, I've heard they splinter?
Not all antler is created equal! It is more common for deer antler to shatter as opposed to elk due to antler composition. Elk antler has a larger volume of soft marrow making it a more suitable choice as a dog chew. The ratio of hard calcium to soft marrow seen typically in deer antler is what may cause breakage and shattering of antler when chewed. Be cautious when selecting an antler chew for your dog as a strong or aggressive bite may be more appropriate for a whole antler instead of a split antler.
